Melanie was wonderful to work with! She was so prompt with any questions I had. The house was immaculately clean and the pool was our favorite place with the high temps we experienced. If I am ever in the area in the future, I would definitely look to stay here again. Thanks for a great stay!

Loved everything we felt right at home

We spent three weeks from late January to February 2026 in this VRBO home, experiencing both cold snaps and pleasant Florida weather. While we visited the WDW area, we also explored local attractions like Orange World and the Lakeland Antique Mall. The home is conveniently located just 15 minutes from Disney, with easy access to I4, though traffic can be an issue during peak times. Local grocery stores and restaurants are nearby, making shopping and dining convenient. The house offered ample space for our family of seven, with a large downstairs living area and connected dining room, perfect for relaxing and dining together. The brand new kitchen appliances were a great addition. Our host, Melanie, was very responsive, quickly addressing our concerns, including repairing the pool heater during a cold snap. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. However, there are areas for improvement. The house appears more “lived in” than the photos suggest, with walls needing a fresh coat of paint and carpets requiring TLC in high-traffic areas. Electrical outlets in the living room need replacing due to worn contacts, and weather stripping around the front door should be checked. Bedroom lighting is dim, relying solely on bedside lamps, and additional TVs could enhance the experience, especially for the kids in the garage/game room and other bedrooms. All in all, would certainly book again without hesitation!

We had to buy many things for stay, including toilet paper, trash bags, salt, pepper, and dish dishwashing liquid. There was black mold on the showerhead, and the furnace ducts, the air conditioning was locked, and we were charged to use the air conditioning if we were to lower it
