I love your receptionist. Fip was amazing. Full of energy n enthusiasm. There's another guy who wears a flower on his ear, he was amazing too. Mr Haa your fitness instructor was entertaining. I enjoyed his workout in the pool

I didn't like how the air con goes on n off . In the middle of the night, it went off n the room was stuffy. Having stay in a no kids hotel felt like I was staying in a hotel with kids cos the guests above me was dragging their chairs . It was so noisy n guests were talking loudly.

Actually depends on what you’re looking for. If you like bustle, then this property may not be the right option - it is pretty secluded from all the social scenes

I’ve stayed in Koh Samui 3 times over the last year in many hotels and resorts and this is the best accomodation on the island. The staff are so hospitable. Due to unforeseen circumstances I had to extend my stay here after checking out and the staff were just absolutely amazing and so accommodating (massive shoutout to Bee for taking care of me). I felt so relaxed at the resort. The property is beautiful. Awesome pool and beach. Awesome restaurant and happy hour. It really felt luxurious, every little detail accounted for from the welcome drink to nightly turndown service. Spa was amazing also (Nam and Po are the best). Rooms were so clean and an anti bed bug mattress which I always appreciate. Thank you again I will absolutely be back.

Throughout both breakfast and dinner service, Liam, waiter, and Andrea, chef, demonstrated exceptional attentiveness toward my experience. I extend my gratitude to Andrea for graciously providing a complimentary birthday dinner accompanied by an exquisite dessert. Additionally, I wish to acknowledge Liam for his consistently warm demeanor, politeness, and courteous service. However, it should be noted that if one intends to visit during early hours with the intention of grabbing coffee and croissants, please be advised that only coffee service is permitted outside the hotel premises. Which should not be the case, if you are paying for the breakfast service

I contacted the hotel management regarding several concerns. Mr. Young, the Room Division Manager of German nationality, and Andrew Lambie, the Australian Cluster General Manager, responded to my email in an extremely discourteous manner. Their reply contained inaccurate information and suggested that if I was dissatisfied, I should contact Booking.com and select an alternative hotel. Rather than offering an apology, they defended their staff members. This response demonstrated a significant lack of professionalism.
