The location is great, right in the center of centro storico. There are 3 garages nearby where you can leave your car. The owner is very responsive and thoughtfull. We stayed for the second time and will certainly return if we travel to Napoli again.

The owner was super communicative, he told us the code to the door and the keys were waiting inside on the table
There are a long stairs to the apartment I didn't know about, it was a bit hard to get the bags up there.

The location, Fulvio the owner, who was very correct and attentive to our demands. We arrive early, contacted Fulvio who permitted us to let the bags earlier than the check in time.
It had all the necessary amenities for a short stay. But at the table above the fridge we noticed there were ants in the kitchen, and they got into our bags of biscuits and nuts. Unfortunately, some of our food was ruined. We understand that this can happen, but it’s not something guests would expect in a rental apartment. We thought it would be helpful to let the owner and people know so the issue can be addressed for future guests.

Excellent location, friendly owner and good communication, relatively easy check-in (we arrived after 10pm)
