I enjoyed the spacious room, hospitality of the owners and location of the property was convenient for transportation and shopping

Lack of communication regarding late check in process. Their reception closed early and it was difficult to get access to room or staff after 5pm. You have to take your suitcase up some stairs before getting to the elevator.

Very clean and comfortable

We would have liked to be able to make a cup of tea or coffee in our room

Location was good, the rooms were nice and clean. It was very quiet and peaceful.

Because there were just a few guests in the hotel, there was no breakfast but only a breakfast tray for each guest. It was rather a dissapointment as we were expecting a nice hotel breakfast. What’s more, there was no inquiry on diet - we are both vegetarians but the breakfast tray included meat. AND I am strongly allergic to fish and yet there was fish on my breakfast tray. It would be good to ask food restrictions in a case where the guest is not allowed to choose the food they eat.
