Havana Views at The Truman Annex in Key West
Les condominiums du chantier naval sont situés dans le complexe annexe de Truman, �� 2 pâtés de maisons de la rue Duval et de toutes les attractions de la vieille ville de Key West. Les propriétés sont également situées ¼ mile de l'une des meilleures plages de l'île. Les unités du chantier naval sont des condominiums de plain-pied qui ont des cours privées au premier niveau ou des balcons au deuxième niveau. Toutes les propriétés sont équipées de laveuse / sécheuse, pots et casseroles, serviettes et draps, ont la climatisation centrale, stationnement hors rue et accès à la piscine.

Overall a good experience. Location, view and condo all good. New furniture was nice. Some negatives - the tub did not drain well and plunger so old it was brittle and did not work. Bathroom sing stopper did not work,

Great location, food and weather. The Shipyard at the Truman Annex has everything, very good management, beautiful grounds, nice pool and its close to Duval st.

Toilet doesn't flush properly. Cleaning service exceptional. Everything we needed in the unit. Real estate office has almost no human touch/interaction. I consider them user unfriendly for that reason. Not very accommodating.

The apartment was great, but it is definitely in need of some updates. The beds were incredibly uncomfortable. In addition to being old and hard they are very creaky and squeaky. The bathroom tile near the tub is broken and it feels like you’re going to actually go through to the apartment below. Other than that, the kitchen was great. Very well stocked and great icemaker. Sunsets off the back porch are spectacular. In general location was wonderful be prepared for hearing roosters all night.
