Best Western Plus Hotel Fino Chitose

Large comfortable room with good facilities for travellers. I appreciated the in-person check in and touches like decent-sized cups for tea and coffee.

There was a major festival on the street outside the day I checked out which made walking to the station with lots of luggage a challenge - I would have appreciated a heads up in a message.

Location, not far from the train station and easy to enter/ exit the town by car. Clean rooms. Available public parking nearby.

Nothing, everything was as advertised. Note that there are only 3 washing/drying machines and that you might have to queue up.

It's about a 10-minute walk from Chitose Station, but there's a bus to the airport with a stop right across the road from the hotel, very convenient. There's also a 7-Eleven next to the hotel, which is a nice bonus.

The rooms were all non-smoking, but there was still a faint smell of smoke throughout the hotel.
