Excellent location with lake views. Well appointed, large apartment. Very clean
The shower curtain if of a bygone age and unhygienic

Fantastic location in Malcesine..opposite the embarcation for the ferries, five minutes walk to the bus stops, with fantastic restaurants/cafés/gelaterias on your doorstep. Also a couple of excellent supermarkets within several minutes walk. Although the property is in a central position with lots going on in the day, a restaurant beneath...it was always very quiet at night.
The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, and well equipped. The communication with the host was always punctual and helpfull.

Location is perfect and reaching to the property was very easy as they sent me photos, step by step how to reach so it was quite easy.
The apartment doesn't have any welcoming complimentaries...there should be atleast some complimentary bottle of water or couple of tea bags or coffee capsules..
Anything to cool down after long travel..
The flat was clean and comfy and spacious but the lack of any complimentary was a minus.
Very late check in and very early check out is a minus as well although it's mentioned before it booking but I guess the gap should not be 6 hrs.

Great location, right at the harbour and piazza, super convenient to get to the ferry departure point, it’s right downstairs. And it’s surrounded by many restaurants and cafes, it can be a bit loud at the night when they start to close down but it can be forgiven for its central location.
The place is spacious, a good deal for family stay with two bedrooms. And it has very beautiful window view. Only downside is that in summer it can be a bit hot in the rooms because it’s without AC, but late night with natural breeze is also fine. Overall is great! Would consider book again.
Without AC for summer can be a bit hot
