Room was cozy and charming, bathroom and shower a bit small but still ok. Very quiet inside inspite of being in a very lively night area. The hotel is charming in general and location is great, very well connected by tram.
The stairs and no lift!!! If you have big suitcases, be ready to suffer the stairs. Maybe travelers should be warned about it.

Great location. We had one of the bigger rooms and it was perfect. The room had a coffee machine and some water bottles wich was a nice detail. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was really spacious.
Maybe they can add some air freishener for the bathroom.

Imperial Hotel Amsterdam is located right in the mix of the Rembrandtplein - tons of restaurants and bars and things to do. It's an easy 10-minute walk from either the Waterlooplein (53) or Rokin (52) station. The staff was very friendly.
The room was a bit small for the cost. There is some construction going on (September 2026) so the window had scaffolding (and workers) right outside. The bathroom is tiny!

The location to other things was good. However, I didn’t know it was a party area and so I got no sleep the entire 3 days due to being directly have street partying until 5 am.
It was close to a tram stop, shopping, and cafes. It was clean, and the staff were nice.
