Staff were lovely. Clean and comfortable rooms. The bed was so comfortable bed too and the views were amazing.

The location was very pleasant, and the staff were lovely and welcoming.

The lake view was great.
The weird miscomfort of not having proper hangers for towels (just one for 4/6 towels).
We were told that the towels are meant to be kept in the drawers (???). I traveled the whole globe and I have never seen towels used like this (always wet after the first use and always to be stored after use - a sort of ability test for average husbands/kids……!). By the way, I wonder if they sanitize the drawers after every stay…
The breakfast was very poor. If you are expecting an international breakfast this hotel is not for you. Also, why keep using so old/cracked mugs?
The duvet had weird sheets, opened on the side. You can’t move without gettig them opened. That is another thing that I saw for the first time in my life.
