Very clean and well maintained property. Excellent value and close proximity to the central train and bus station. Super friendly staff. It’s a Spartan environment but the value makes up for any perceived deficiency

Close proximity to Hamburg Hbf, clean room, and good price. Good communication from staff.
Poor water pressure in the shower. We had also made a breakfast reservation (with a confirmation from the hotel), but on the day of travel they messaged us that due to "technical difficulties" our breakfast reservation was invalid.
