The location was amazing. The staff were very helpful and attentive - they went out of their way to make sure I was aware of nice places to visit nearby and to look after my needs such as storing my bag for a few hours.
It's a short walk to some amazing beaches!! I loved the crystal clear waters of Cala Nova 🩷
The British tourists- sorry to be blunt but their energy was a bit harsh for me. Next time I will head to the quieter parts of the island. This was my first visit to Ibiza so this is all part of learning. The staff were very patient at dealing with them!
But I understand the British bring the tourism too.
Also, just one possible improvement, I was in a small room without a fan or aircon. A fan would have been nice.

The staff were absolutely lovely. the location is very central, a couple of minutes walk to the ferry, the beach, and some restaurants by the beach. The bed was very comfortable and the shower had a strong water pressure. The breakfast was also ok (fruit, bread, eggs, pastries etc.).
The main reason for my low score is the noise. I had a single room on the first floor and I could hear so much noise coming from reception, people walking up and down the stairs, people showering etc. I had a very bad night's sleep because of that. The room was ok but could be made better with a bin, a tissue box, and good quality towels (they look very cheap and thin).
