I like the concept of this Hotel as Cockpit, the hotel room was neat. cozy and comfortable with furnishing looking similar to Airline Cabins and with Pics of Airlines on wall. This hotel is very close to Hamburg Airport.
The Parking could have been better

It's very close to the airport and cheap in an Uber to arrive late at night. It had contactless entry
We didn't receive any check in instructions. We arrived late at night and had no codes for entry. There was a telephone number on the door and the lovely lady did help us enter but having details before would have been more helpful. I went back and checked all my emails and spam and definitely didn't receive anything

check-in was ok, and we were accomodated a little earlier than than 3pm. We also managed to get a different room, because of the amount of stairs, although it was around the back of the building.
location was ok otherwise, but not as convenient to the airport, as suspected
stairs to the triple room - no elevator
no soap or shampoo in the shower, bathroom seemed rather outdated and appeared not very clean.
Lack of outlets for plugging in chargers

"The staff was so kind and helpful. The location and the transportation opportunuties were excellent. It is only 3 min by bus to the airport. And you walk only for two minutes to reach the bus stop."
