Location is amazing.
Staff are fantastic.
The restaurant is superb.
We asked for an iron however the hotel has an ironing service and therefore does not provide one. If you want your clothes to be ironed it’s an extra expense. I expected a 5 star hotel to be able to provide an iron.

Everything it was the best and we liked our stay
Nothing the hotel it self was good, the only bad thing was their Michelin star restaurant, were I reserved a birthday dinner for my wife and they ignored my request and I reminded them again and they ignored me again

The location was fantastic, the waiting staff at breakfast and dinner went out of their way to make sure we had a good experience
The reception told us no information at all
We had dinner on two occasions at the restaurant the first time it was excellent
The second time the food was tasteless and over priced for what we received
The hotel promotes a panoramic restaurant on the 6th floor, yet it was closed our whole stay and also the bars they promote are only open when it’s bad weather! Nobody says this.
There is also local discounts available throughout Lugano and the reception should have informed us of this and given us the discount card to use, which would have saved us 20-40%
