Hotel Baltic Riccione-Fronte Mare

La posizione è meravigliosa: attraversi la passeggiata e sei in spiaggia...Per non parlare del panorama che si gode dalla loggetta fronte mare. Colazione ottima con vasta scelta di dolce, salato, marmellate, creme, bevande...E' difficile non essere soddisfatti.....Cena ottima, con antipasti e contorni a buffet con vasta scelta. Parcheggio comodo, sia coperto che scoperto con la tranquillità di parcheggiare in qualunque momento e stagione. Ambienti comuni dell'hotel accoglienti, tranquilli e rilassanti. Senza nessuna eccezione

Solo un appunto: un po' sbrigativo il personale che la sera a cena aveva un po' fretta e ci ha praticamente invitato ad andarcene dalla sala perchè dovevano chiudere. Nulla di grave, ma non c'era tutta questa urgenza, ci sembra.

Excellent location right on the seafront, and a very comfortable, well-maintained and functional hotel. Our room had plenty of storage space. The quality and variety of the food were impressive, with a particularly good choice for vegans. What really stood out, though, was the staff. Everyone, from receptionists to bartenders and housekeeping, was extremely helpful, professional, attentive and welcoming. They were particularly sweet, patient and caring with my elderly parents, especially my dad. They often seemed to anticipate our needs without us having to ask. For example, our cleaner noticed that some of my pillows had ended up on my parents’ bed and offered us extra pillows before we even asked. At mealtimes, the staff discreetly kept an eye on us and came to serve between courses only when we had finished eating, so we never felt rushed. We also loved the airy lobby and lovely garden with plenty of tables and comfortable lounge seating. Bikes are available to rent, which is a nice extra.

There is very little to criticise, as overall everything was excellent. The only minor issue was the see-through panel at the top of the wall between the bathroom and the sleeping area in our triple room. At night, when the bathroom light was switched on, the light illuminated the sleeping area through the panel, which could disturb anyone sleeping.

Excellent location. Breakfast offered a varied and pleasant board, fairly standard at international hotels these days.

I would have liked to have fresh milk at breakfast, even if I’m aware that it’s awkward to keep milk in the now excessive heat of summer.
