After reading some of the reviews on here I was worried about staying here. I usually stay elsewhere in Liverpool but needed somewhere close to Liverpool Lime Street. I give it 10 because my experience exceeded all expectations.
The elevators but everything else was brilliant.

Nothing !

Really well situated, handy to everything.
The room itself was dated, windows didnt close properly and the sound of the bars kept us awake most of the night. Check in was also a disaster, long queues with the reception staff having to leave every time someone had luggage to collect from a separate room.
