außergewöhnlich schöner Frühstückssaal und sehr gutes Frühstück. Angenehme persönliche Betreuung. Sehr gute Küche. Insgesamt sehr authentisches kleines Hotel in historischem Haus.

die von uns gebuchte Junior-Suite befindet sich im 4. Stock. Da das Haus über keinen Aufzug verfügt, ist die Wohnung für Gäste mit eingeschränkter Mobilität sehr ungünstig. Die Tatsache, dass die Wohnung im 4. Stock liegt und ohne Aufzug sollte in der Beschreibung der Wohnung unbedingt vermerkt werden. Kulanterweise hat uns das Hotel ab der 2. Nacht unseres Aufenthalts eine alternative Wohnung im 1. Stock angeboten.

Attention for clients to be improved. There was a discount of 20% on food if you were staying at least 4 nights. This information is basic and normally is given at the beginning of the stay, like breakfast time and how to access during nights... So just three basic information. We got this info the last night the tenant at check out mentioned that was written somewhere in the documentation given at beginning.. Maybe it's true I didn't read about it, but discounts info if available shall be given at beginning. So I basically paid about 150 CHF more just because I paid the same night of the dinner and not at check out. At least as a small sense of compansation of this misunderstanding the cost of water and candies could be given as free (20 CHF). However it could be partially our fault but also staff fault.. We booked every day dinner and no info about this discount was given.
