Location is perfect and it has parking which is really important in the city. Rooms were comfortable and staff really nice.
Position of tele not easy viewing but may be good for a family with small children who need to sleep

Room was fine, comfortable. Location is excellent--short walk to the heart of Canterbury. Train station is a 2 minute walk. Aldi's is similarly close. Staff was very friendly, accomodating.
Room carpet did not seem clean enough. Worn and somewhat dirty. Breakfast was good but only continental.
