I was taking a trip down memory lane as I grew up in the area. I was made most welcome from the moment I arrived & enjoyed a couple of nights in a beautiful suite. Everything was perfect
The stairs , but appreciate it is an old property

A beautiful setting and a very grand property. The staff were helpful. The breakfast was good and the bed and linen were comfortable.
The room felt very tired with peeling wall paper, stained carpet and a really poor shower that took an age to wash in as there was so little water pressure.
