Beautiful apartment
Excellent views
This is positive criticism :
Needs a brighter paint colour as it small for such colours
No heating / heaters or air conditioner
Main shower is too small and not well lit
Change the white cold lights to a warm light type bulb as the cold white lights spoilt this look
Cabinets needs a freshening up
Hand oil prints on the wall in lounge
We were there when get cold and this needed heaters or electric blankets perhaps

The ocean view was exceptional! Spacious apartment with a modern touch !
Leaking shower, floors soaked and water seeped into the living area

Location
Cleanliness.
I had to fumigate the one room with doom.
Curtains and bed were full of small black insects.
Building itself is not well look after. Parking lot is a mess
