Location could not be better 10/10
Room was great
Poolside - pool outlook is amazing- is very small.
Pool cocktails and food are great (slow as one guy doing everything and you need to seek it out/go order).

Only real negative was on service- reception staff really did not seem too bothered with my requests and overheard multiple full on arguments with other guests in foyer
The location is exceptional for shops/restaurants

The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Taormina. It has a beautiful outdoor infinity pool with a wonderful view of the bay and an excellent restaurant with a very high standard of local cuisine. The service provided by staff in the restaurant and breakfast area was exceptional. The staff at Reception were incredibly welcoming and helpful, offering valuable assistance on visits to the local Beach Club and restaurant reservations. A highlight was a visit to a local winery - La Contea - fully organized by the hotel at very short notice.
I recommend the addition of some plants or other device to provide a little more privacy between neighbouring balconies.

L’emplacement idéal
Le petit déjeuner notamment les viennoiseries immangeables….le voiturier excecrable , la climatisation dans notre suite qui ne fonctionnait quasiment pas !!!!
