K+T Boardinghouse

- close to train station - close to supermarket - Gloria was nice

- check in information is wrong on the listing! It says “anytime” but that is just for leaving the bags, should be more clear (especially when people let they know the time that would be arriving, like they asked for! - Tina was very rude via WhatsApp on the first day but apparently she had a family emergency so ok I guess - you have to pay extra 8 eur per day to use the air conditioning - wish it had a kitchen available, some people like to eat at least breakfast at home. It has only a veery small fridge + a microwave - shower not so good - bed not that confortable - should have available a "do not disturb" sign, not everyone would like to have someone going inside their room everyday. - profile photo is a bit misleading with the 0,5x zooming

Good location. Very clean . Staff were very helpful and friendly. Supermarkets and coffee shop around the corner. Bus stop and metro/ underground about 100m from the property. Beautiful building inside.

Very clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Very good location, near busstop and underground/metro. Spar & other supermarkets about 250m from property.

Excellent location, very large rooms, comfortable bed, not many stairs to climb, everything as expected. Fans also provided which we didn't use and AC available for extra charge. It's not a hotel, don't expect reception. But room cleaned everyday. Comfort was excellent.

Nothing to dislike. Maybe an additional higher up shower hook would have been great. And a sink outside the bathroom to fill water and clean things would make it as good as an Airbnb. But I am just being greedy.
