The receptionist, Ephraim, and his team made our stay much more enjoyable with their helpfulness, kindness, and friendly smiles! Mashallah, Ephraim! The restaurant staff were incredibly attentive, almost competing with each other to help you. They were all very friendly and hardworking. We were given a lovely room and truly felt at home. There was a great variety of food, so you can definitely find something to suit your taste. You can also experience spicy flavors and ingredients that Turkish guests may not be very familiar with, such as fresh cilantro, which are somewhat similar to Mexican cuisine. Whether you like them or not is a matter of personal taste—we enjoyed them. The rooms and the hotel in general were very clean. The housekeeping staff were very friendly and helped us with everything we needed. The pool, beach, and complimentary drinks at the reception were lovely and fresh. In my opinion, the hotel's location is actually better than staying in Naama Bay because you can reach all the main places to visit—Soho, Naama Bay, Old Market, Farsha Café, and Mango Market—within 10–15 minutes. The hotel's shuttle service already takes you to most of these locations, except Farsha Café and Mango Market. Taxis are also very affordable when using ride-hailing apps, and since there are no traffic lights in the city, you can get around quickly and easily.

It would be even better if the hotel offered both Naama Bay and Old Market shuttle options on the same day, giving guests two different options.

The food on buffet wasn’t always the best. Rooms are quite dated and not in the best condition. A lot of mosquitos.
