The place was spotless, and the location was perfect, just a 4-minute walk from the beach and about 15 minutes from the centre of Parga. What I appreciated most was how peaceful and quiet it was. I genuinely would have stayed another week if I’d had the time. A great place to relax and enjoy the area.

The accommodation is pretty standard, ok-equipped with a very comfortable bed. Good Wi-Fi signal. Check-in was smooth and easy communication with the host on the desk, she was exceptionally helpful. Having a private parking spot in the villa’s courtyard was a huge plus for me.

This room gets very warm during the day and heats up to the point where air conditioning is essential. Adding shutters or blinds to the windows would really help block the sun’s heat naturally. Also, the room is advertised as a "sea view," but it's actually a mountain view—you can only see a tiny slice of the sea from one specific corner of the balcony.

Very close to the sea and the town as well, nice walking distance, just a short part of it along a busy road. The hosts were friendly and accommodated my need to stay in a room that cannot be directly entered into if you open the window. I had booked a studio, which happened to be on the ground floor. The description of the studio did not mention that the window (sliding glass door) opens directly into the garden and anyone could enter in the night, if one sleeps with an open window. I told the hosts that I did not feel safe to sleep in it. They changed my room after the second night, and put me on a higher floor with balcony. This was a nice gesture.

In addition to the lack of safety on the ground level of the house, the room looked dated and the furniture worn out. I wouldn't mind all this if at least the beds were comfortable. Unfortunately, the mattress in that ground floor studio was very worn out and the metal springs were hurting my back very badly. In the second room the mattress was a bit newer, but still very hard and I could feel hard bumps. The furniture looked fresh in the upper floor room: the hosts are obviously making efforts to renovate the house, but they should have started with changing the mattresses with higher quality ones. I was very surprised to experience such mattresses in a vacation property, oriented to week-long stays. If that was a low-budget hotel for short-term stays, I wouldn't mention it, but this property is described with 3 stars and the studio I booked is called "deluxe studio" on Booking.com. This mismatch between description and actual level of comfort is what I'd like to flag.
