Emaar Elite Al Madina Hotel

Near to Haram, and haram view

This hotel stay was exceptional! Check in at the hotel is at 4pm and we arrived there at 2pm and the rooms weren’t ready and by the time we went for Asr+lunch it was past 5 when we returned to the hotel and checked in. But the hotel staff were very nice and was lovely to give us a late check out free of charge - all facilitated by the front of desk Omar. The rooms were also lovely with haram view although I don’t remember booking those. We were given large rooms and it was super value for money. The location is 10/10 and easy access to gate 326 and excellent to get to prayer on time. Only reason I haven’t rated the entire stay 10/10 is due to the toilets which were a bit too small and the shower area cannot be fully covered by a cubicle so the water gets out and floor was extremely slippery. And the water pressure was a bit low. Other than that the stay was amazing!

I have to say I did not stay at this hotel. It was overbooked snd they relocated me to a better hotel. The intercontinental hotel 5 star hotel. Do my review is for that hotel. Great location 30 seconds from the Prophets Mosque. Great room I could see the mosque from a window. Nice facilities

That the staff who cleaned my room in the morning knocked in my room at night expecting a tip.
