Salle de sport un peu petite mais bon j’étais tout seul Par contre il y en avait une autre juste à côté mais qui était privée car je n’ai pas pu y accéder

The hotel is located in a really nice neighbourhood with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. It was also nice and close to the border. I really enjoyed the fact that I could go to the spa within the hotel where the staff put in a really big effort despite the language barrier.
I emailed the hotel twice before my stay and I have still not heard back from them which was really disappointing.

Comunicação. São péssimos a comunicar. Nunca respondem às mensagens através do booking, por exemplo. Já fiquei hospedada duas vezes neste hotel. Das duas vezes tive necessidade de entrar em contacto antes de ir e em nenhuma das vezes me responderam. Reclamei diretamente ao balcão e o gerente ainda foi arrogante.

The room was spacious as well as the bathroom and very clean
First the pillows second it’s not noise proof and you can hear the noise outside specially around 1Am with cars honking and other guests talking loudly looks like they is no guest conducts and on top of that the internet is very frustrating and the view is horrible
