The staff was very friendly and accommodating and helped get me into the room early. The location was excellent right in the middle of Walking Streets action yet not so close to disturb a good nights sleep.
I have no complaints. This hotel is run very well and the housekeeping does a spotless cleaning job. Nothing should change for this hotel.

Nothing as such. One of the lady staff on 27th evening was quite fussy about some house keeping stuff and this was without looking at we being a customer. Because of that we hardly used the complimentary items and Infact returned some of them..
This incident made our stay very uncomfortable which I had never experienced in my tenure, while travelling across. We would never prefer or recommend for stay in this Hotel in Pattaya
