Exceptionally clean and comfortable in a good sized room with table and chairs. Excellent shower. Good t.v. and WiFi. Easy outside parking. English spoken.. Rail station 5 minutes walk with trains to centre. Although no air-con room remained comfortable during my heat wave stay..Eaceful environment.

No fridge and bathroom washbasin very small making shaving difficult. Situated in suburbs a distance from centre, with no shops or restaurants in vicinity.

Séjour de 3 nuits. Situé dans une zone calme excentrée par rapport à Pragues. Hotel simple et confortable. Une station de train à proximité, 400 m, permet de se rendre en centre ville. Les petits déjeuners sont à réserver la veille, nous ne l'avions pas fait, donc pas de possibilité. Stationnement gratuit sur place. Attention pas d'ascenseur pour les étages.

La réservation des petits déjeuners en l'annonçant la veille et éviter les surprises du lendemain matin.

It was fine in all respects

I chose this hotel as an overnight stop while travelling across Europe, but unfortunately I won't be staying here again. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful while they were on duty. The room itself was clean. The friendly reception staff were the hotel's strongest point, but overall this hotel did not meet my needs, and I would choose a different hotel next time I'm in Prague.

My main issue was the parking. The hotel has a small enclosed car park behind the building, but when I arrived all marked spaces were already occupied. I was shown a place to park that was not an actual parking space, on a slope alongside the fence. It would have blocked another parked car and made leaving the following morning very difficult, so I chose to park on the street instead. That worked on this occasion, but had there been no street parking available, I don't know what the alternative would have been. Another significant drawback is that the hotel has no lift. The receptionist kindly carried my luggage upstairs and offered to help the following morning, but reception is not staffed 24 hours a day. I wanted to leave at 7:00 a.m. for a long drive, whereas reception would only reopen at 8:00 a.m., so I had to carry my luggage downstairs myself. I also found that the toilet had no hygiene seal when I entered the room, and it appeared not to have been flushed. I went downstairs to report it, but reception was already unattended. The breakfast room is quite small, although that didn't affect me as I was leaving early.My suggestion would be for Booking.com to make it much clearer during the booking process when a hotel does not have a 24-hour reception, as this can be important for travellers arriving late or leaving early.
