Baron Hotel & Spa

Its a very good hotel. Very good brakfast. Free tea and coffe ant the bar downstairs.

Cant think of any. Maybe just the lifts are a bit small, and snack machines were empty. But its not an issue.

- clean comfortable room - friendly and helpful staff - rich breakfast with a nice view to the sea - superb pool, spa and hammam with service

nothing important - only 1 room key for our family - room safe was not working and they really tried to fix it, but there wasn't enough time during our short stay

Great hotel near the tram or walk to sultanamet food street etc . Mostly quite great spa area . We arrived very early and the staff allowed us to have breakfast and check in by 10! No complaints . Great breakfast and view from breakfast area . 24 hour coffee ☕️ in lobby .

The breakfast was incorporating the different nationalities and quite enjoyable. The selection was awesome and the staff quite good. I liked the ladies who cleaned they always smiled and greeted in their language!! Their faces are in my mind always. The young Gentleman and Lady at the reception desk were very warm. I am very grateful for their warmth every time I sought their assistance.

The rooms were well maintained and clean but i had to ask for supplies like shower gel and the like which should be provided always. It is also good to provide a kettle to warm water when needed in the room since the cafe and is far when one is is third floor upwards. I hope this can be implemented. Language barrier, kindly encourage at least a little English..... or French at the reception desk. The yellow taxi driver I took from Historia Mall took a long route to bring me to the hotel. I had googled the map and knew exactly how it was and the traffic. This was the worst customer service because he thought I am just a visitor to be exploited.
