Room is spacious and very clean! Breakfast is a good spread and fresh. Moreover, the family is very kind and attentive. Location is very convenient for major sights nearby and a beautiful short walk to city center. Highly recommended!

Beautiful location next to bus stop, extremely clean and delicious breakfast! Demetz family is so caring and welcoming; they ensured we get bus passes on the day we were coming from Bolzano and checking in. Their cat Luna and dog Nala were so cute. We would come back again in a heartbeat :)

The hotel is really comfortable, which is perfect after long days of walking. Belsy and her father were really good hostesses, they gave us some advice about what we could do and eat in Selva or in another closer town.
