Très propre, super petit déjeuner, les employés sont très sympathiques et souriants, super lits, ça fait très chalet alpin

Les murs sont un peu fins, donc on entend les bruits du couloir

Parking in front of the Hotel, great staff, efficient room cleaning. Location is outside of main City square, needs 15 mins walk to town, so suitable for drivers who don't want to worry about going into town to park. Great price for Cortina. Room was spacious, and bathroom was a standing shower, working well with hot water.

Stairs to lug the luggage up to reception, so if you are a senior, may have to ask for help.

Excellent staff, all of the staff were friendly, welcoming and incredibly helpful and accommodating. In particular the lady who completed our check-in and the gentleman who did the later afternoon/evening shifts. (We should have taken your names, really sorry but we appreciate you both for your kindness!) Location is perfect, a short walk into Cortina itself. Maybe 5-10 minutes. The balcony with views to the mountain was a welcome surprise. The Room was incredibly clean, and comfortable, although on a compact scale, it has everything you need. Overall the hotel was clean, cosy and homely. Without hesitation I would recommend anyone to stay here and I would come back again to stay. Thank you for making the last leg of our dolomites journey a special and relaxing stay! ** The restaurant and bar did close the day we arrived for the end of the summer season, but we did get to try the restaurant meals for lunch on the day of arrival. Food was great, really nice Hugo spritz! The staff were just as welcoming and friendly. **

What's not to like?

The property is in a good location in Cortina. The restaurant is newly renovated and the food was very good.

The beds were extremely uncomfortable, small room with no air con or heating. The rooms are a bit dated and could do with some updating especially the bed which creaks very loudly each time you move. It is also along a very noisy road. It felt like the walls were very thin. For the expensive price we paid for one night we’re quite disappointed.
