The attention at the front desk was great. Also the bell man. Beds were comfy. Very clean. Good breakfast. Good coffee. Beautiful hotel!!

Noice from the street. Not extreme but you do hear all cars passing.

Very cute boutique hotel in Zona 10 - near the Oakland Place mall, which is great during a rainy afternoon, or if you forgot to pack something. The mall also had a huge grocery store, which was nice to grab bottled water & snacks. My room rate included breakfast, which was VERY good and I enjoyed each morning at the rooftop restaurant. It was also nice having an on-site restaurant available since I got in so late my first night (but before the restaurant closed at 10pm). The hotel staff was also very kind and helped me immensely with my late (8pm) arrival into GUA -- was nice having someone there to pick me up after a long day of travel and safely take me to the hotel. My room itself was very cozy - nice comfy bed, hot water in the shower, and elevated bath amenities. The location seemed nice, but I wasn't there long enough to truly explore Zona 10 itself.

The room is wonderful. Very comfortable beds with lots of pillows. excellent shower. The stuff was great and very helpful. We stayed two nights and we loved it!

The restaurant is pricy. We preffared to eat outside.

The staff were really helpful and nice. The location was really good. The room was spacious and clean. There is also good options near by for breakfast.
