Access to many shopping and eatery facilities and the nearby State mosque. The ambience in many of the dining areas are quite nice .
Windows for visual access to the surroundings need to be provided. Many rooms don't have windows.

The best thing is this property just near Kuantan art street, Kuantan 188 and just opposite Kuantan Merdeka. The location of the property helpful to navigate the town.
This property didn't have any window and rooms walls and washroom seems to be dated. The bed was not in the nicest condition.
