We liked the location on edge of town but only 10 mins to enter. Gabriella was very attentive and humorous. We loved being able to have breakfast in the garden. Gabriella kindly let us leave the car at the apartment for a few hours the next morning while we went for a walk into town. Overall a very friendly and relaxing place to spend some time with excellent views of the Tuscany countryside
We found it a little difficult to find the first time, but definitely worth preserving

Nothing. Would certainly recommend.

Our best stay in Italy! A beautiful historical farmhouse with exquisite view of San Gimignano. Six minute walk to town, full breakfast, and the warmest, more gracious host, Gabrielle. Enjoy the farm’s own wine and olives. We did not want to leave.
Nothing - absolutely perfect for us.

A very comfortable stay. Breakfast was delicious. The garden and the views were amazing. Location was also a short walk from town so no need to drive. Gabriella was kind enough to let us keep our car a bit longer while we went on an excuring during check out day.
