It is in a scenic location.
Nice dinner
There is no elevator to our room on the second floor or to the onsen in the basement

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Jogakura, surrounded by the beautiful Hakkoda Mountains!
All of the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The meals were delicious, and the onsen was fantastic and so relaxing after a day of exploring.
Sutou-san and Sakurada-san were especially lovely and made our stay even more enjoyable! They were so friendly and welcoming, and we really appreciated everything they did for us.
We had a rental car, and getting to the hotel was easy. There were also plenty of parking spaces available. The location was great for exploring the area, with easy access to the Hakkoda Ropeway and Oirase Gorge.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would be happy to come back!
