The overall quality for this price range was great. The hotel kept the room clean every day, the staff was polite and friendly, they spoke fluent English and Russian, the included breakfast is a nice self-service buffet. The place is in a good location, easy to get to, quiet (well, except for the evening prayer announcements from a nearby mosque, but that is a part of experience). I was happy with the stay and I would certainly book here again.
The only little drawback is that the furniture in the property was a little dated, the walls could use a fresh coat of paint. But that is nothing really important.

Customer service was great
The building is quite old and requires some renovation work. •
I would not recommend staying in the basement rooms, as they are not comfortable for sleeping.
