The location, friendly receptionist, clean room.
I got room 104. The mattress is too uncomfortable, had backache by mid night itself. The pillows was too soft. AC has a vibrating sound if you keep the temperature below 20c. Only 2 towels, 2 water bottles and 2 body shampoo (smell like dishwashing detergent) provided. No coffee, tea or toothbrush given. For hot water, you may get from the water dispenser at the ground floor or borrow a hot water jug from the receptionist. For me, paying Rm110 for this is not worth it.
