The hotel and setting are beautiful, with lovely views. We had a great room with a large balcony.
We were there for four nights, a few days relaxation, aiming to spend most of the time at the hotel.
Unfortunately, when we went to book our evening meal, following the instructions on the information about the hotel we arrived, we were told the restaurant was closed until 1st May. No apology, and said as if it should have been obvious. This meant no lunch was available either. I can’t find any reference to this anywhere on their website or the description of the hotel here. I wouldn’t have booked the place otherwise. It really wasn’t the experience I thought I’d booked.
