Très calme, très bien situé, avec un beau jardin, et toutes les commodités nécessaires au niveau de la cuisine, on a même eu droit a des Espresso gratuit
Les moustiques au niveau du jardin, heureusement qu'il n'y avait pas dans la chambre

Very good location, only a few minutes’ walk from Manzoni Metro A, with easy access to many of Rome’s main attractions. There are also restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, buses and gelato shops nearby. Our room for three was spacious, with high ceilings and a balcony, and the property was very clean. Special mention to Laura, the cleaning lady, who was excellent, polite and very helpful.
The walls are quite thin, so noise from neighbouring rooms can be heard, including conversations, laughter and snoring. The beds were not particularly comfortable. Guests should also be aware that personal belongings and beauty products are apparently not expected to be left on the room furniture, so it is worth asking about trays or storage. Tea is not provided, only coffee.

Great location, short walk from Manzoni metro station. Looks out on a garden area at the back. Has a shared kitchen available with fridge, microwave and kettle. Hosts were welcoming and answered any questions.
Noise from adjacent rooms - walls must be thin or not much insulation.

4 minutes from metro, around 20 minutes from colosseum. a close supermarket around the corner.
it has a sweet garden and a quiet neighborhood
I don’t recommend the breakfast here, it is a bit disappointing. the sheets weren’t totally clean, and the towels only change in 3 days time frame.
the owner isn’t responsive to the messages
