The staff were incredibly helpful - particularly Paow on the night desk who found us rooms after our flight was cancelled late at night. The rooms were perfect, comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. Would definitely recommend if you need a hotel that’s high quality but slightly out of the main city. Breakfast was also delicious!

The staff is friendly and helpful.
breakfast: very basic, only 1/2 options. You only eat it because its included with the room.
I had Italian breakfast in a rather smaller hotel in a very small town and that was the best breakfast I ever had. So compared to that, it was nothing.
restaurant: Too expensive for Italian standard, even more expensive than a comparable restaurant in Switzerland. And the quality of food was just okay, not more than a road-side stall.
room: room was good, very old school but well enough to spend a night in.
