Bizim Hotel

L'hôtel bénéficie d'un emplacement idéal, à proximité de nombreux sites historiques. Le personnel s'est montré particulièrement attentionné tout au long de notre séjour. Mention spéciale pour le petit-déjeuner, à la fois délicieux et généreux. Un grand merci à toute l'équipe pour son accueil, sa réactivité et ses conseils précieux qui ont rendu notre séjour parfait.

Most important thing, LOCATION IS 10/10, like 4 min walk up the street and you’re at the Grand Bazaar, train station and restaurants are there too. People working at the hotel, also 10/10, room is a bit smaller but for 2 people just enough, bed is big and comfortable, breakfast is good, you can choose if you want sweet or savory stuff. Also, we came to hotel 2-3 hours before check in and they arranged the room earlier for us so that is also a plus.

Everything was good as always

the cleanliness when entering the rooms is quite good, the location is close to Kapali Carsi, the breakfast is good, the staff in the kitchen are nice and pleasant.

Upon arrival at the hotel, we were transferred to another facility across the street, which is not part of the hotel nor is it similar to the hotel itself. The rooms in that facility are satisfactory, clean. Considering that it is a different building, we used a different entrance, the door was closed (we only got one key for 8 people), the lock on the door of the room did not work, so we could not lock the room at all. The reception staff was not very pleasant, uninterested in customers, we waited in the lobby for two hours beyond the agreed time to enter the rooms, although he was close the whole time, the receptionist didn't even remember to say that the rooms were ready until we asked a couple of times.
