Room was fine. Staff was excellent.
Special mention of Chef Santosh who went extra steps to make us comfortable. BTW, his preparations are excellent.
Location not very good. Far from the city.
The reception area is not Airconditioned (or may be the Ac was not working). I found it hot.
There has to be a covered passage between the main wing and second wing. How will the guest move if it is raining. During our stay it was not raining but it was very hot and one has to move in sun.
The biggest issue I found was availability of Valet for car parking. No one in attendance at the valet desk for most of the times resulting into delayes in parking or getting the car back.

Good location. Staff was cooperative and prompt. But I have had better experiences in other Regenta properties
