breakfast is fine. it was included in our booked .but my husband doesnt like coffee so we asked milk but they asked us additional payment. it seems inappropriate because i already paid the breakfast when i booked the room.

The room was clean, comfy, and within expectations.

We have to check out early because ia dead. I cannot order thru grab. Staff was not able to do an extra mile to lend me type c charger. Her reason was, there was no provisioned charger for the customer to use. Totally get that, but when I tried to buy cup noodles, there was no cutlery available. She wasn't even apologetic about it. She just stated it like as matter of factly and that I should deal with it. I initially thought there were teaspoons provided in the room as there were mugs. If I would buy instant coffee, I will not be able to stir it. What an inconvenience. This was a sudden check in, just to get away from a monotony of the house but the experience was not that good as the hotel lacked the provision of logical cutlery and the folks lacked extra mile and warmth. I am not to be dissatisfied with simple matters, but I do get disappointed when it is utmostly needed. It was unholy hours and kindness thru extra mile could have been demonstrated.
