The location was very good and easy to find by car.
The apartment was very large.
Breakfast could be much better, no staff to ask for anything.
Some of the reception staff had difficulty in understanding English

The booking process was very easy. The receptionist, who was a young Omani man, was very polite and professional. He gave us a warm and friendly welcome, which made our experience even better.
There were a few things that I did not like during our stay. The single beds were quite small, and my children complained that they were uncomfortable. Also, one of the walls in the living room was damaged and needs maintenance. In addition, the kitchen lacked basic utensils such as spoons, forks, knives, and some simple plates that guests may need for daily use, especially since the accommodation is a hotel apartment, where such items are normally expected to be available.
