Hotel and rooms are very nice. Rooms spacious with lots of storage, comfy beds and pillows, staff very friendly and accommodating. Very quick to respond to every request. Dining room very nice and large breakfast selection. Hotel is conveniently located to shopping, eateries, historic and tourist interests.

Excellent location for the night market. Tasty breakfast. Friendliest receptionist we met during our 2 week holiday. She seemed to work all hours of the day & night and always had a warm welcome.
Our bed was very hard. A thin comforter was added, which made no difference. Our request for more pillows was declined. Horrible view of a wall of AC units, no wonder the curtains were closed on our arrival. The tiles around the indoor pool are very slippery.

The room big and staff is friendly . The location is good
The breakfast, some of the food not so tasty like kuih to dry
Sorry to say some of the food open with cover like eggs for nasi lemak is small fly sitting on the eggs . How hotel management look on it . And the walk way to the room moisture smell because water stains on the celling .
