We stayed at Apartment Suzana for 12 days and wished to have stayed longer. Suzana and Igor are very, very kind hosts and you feel that they care in a really heartfelt way about their property and guests. We were welcome with a variety of drinks and now and then surprised with fruits from the own garden and sweets. That was absolutely lovely. The apartment in total and the kitchen are perfectly equipped, nothing that we missed. The bed and furniture in general are really comfortable, everything is in a very proper state. We very much loved the terrace with view on the olive trees and lots of butterflies flying by. We enjoyed breakfast, dinner or coffee in the afternoon outside. Although there is a street in front of the house we find that this place and the area around is very calm and peaceful. We also slept with the window open. You find beaches and restaurants in walking distance. A very good Konoba (Ulika) is just on the other side of the street. We hope to come back to this place once again, Apartment Suzana will definetely be our first choice when coming back to Fazana.

The apartment is located at the very end of Fažana, in a very quiet area. There are two apartments in the house, and we stayed in the one with the terrace further towards the back, overlooking the garden. It was wonderfully peaceful and quiet. The owners live right next door, so you see them almost every day. Mrs. Suzana is very kind and friendly. During our short stay, she even brought us a bowl of homemade baked treats. When we left, we were given a jar of homemade jam as a little gift. The apartment itself is spacious enough and very well equipped. The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed, including a dishwasher, microwave, and a large fridge with a freezer. There is air conditioning and plenty of storage space. The bathroom even has a washing machine and hairdryer. There is also an iron and a clothes drying rack with pegs, if needed. It really felt like they had thought of everything a guest might need. The nearest beach is about a 15-minute walk away (approximately), although we drove to other beaches instead. One important thing to mention: upon arrival, the owner asked us for a €100 cash deposit, which we were not expecting as we hadn’t known about it in advance. So just a little heads-up for future guests. The money was, of course, returned to us at the end of our stay. :-)

The only thing that was a little inconvenient was that if you wanted to go into the centre for an evening ice cream, the walk there and back was quite long. However, we knew about the location beforehand, and this is, of course, the price you pay for such a peaceful and quiet setting. :-)
