Villa peut accueillir six personnes dans trois chambres, toutes avec salle de bain. La villa possède sa propre piscine privée dans un grand et isolé patio avec une pergola de la piscine et jardins en terrasse supplémentaires. La villa est sur trois niveaux, la chambre des maîtres à l'étage supérieur avec son propre balcon privé. Sur le niveau du sol est le plan salon ouvert avec cuisine entièrement équipée, salle à manger et salon menant à la piscine et le patio. Sur le plan de masse inférieur sont deux chambres en suite un double et un jumeau, les deux avec accès à la terrasse et jardin patio zone inférieure.

Fantastic villa, plenty of space. Great pool and outside area. Short walk to the village but very steep hills. Flat shoes and a good knees needed. Communication from villa manager was excellent. We had a power cut part way through the holiday and Zeki was with us within 30 mins to sort it out.

We had an absolutely brilliant 11 nights at this beautiful villa. The house is one of the nicest we've ever stayed in. Each bedroom is ensuite and there is air-conditioning throughout. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you would need.The pool area with pergola is a great comfortable place to relax in with plenty of shade. The views from here and the upstairs balcony are the real stars of the show, absolutely jaw-dropping! It's an easy walk downhill to get to Kalkan old town and it's many fantastic restaurants and beach clubs. It's also very easy to get a taxi back up the hill from either of the 2 main taxi ranks at any time of day and costs 200TL (approx 3.70). Communication with Marina and Zeki (the housekeeper) was very easy and always answered straight away. Check in was simple and no problems at all.Overall, we had a brilliant holiday and would love to come back one day!

Lovely villa ,great size for all the family , very clean and well kept as , all 3 bedrooms with un suite bathrooms ,perfect size pool , amazing views , close to shops and restaurants down a few steep slopes , ok for the active , harder walk back but plenty of taxis available in town .

We have just come back from a two weeks stay in this villa, my husband and I and our two sons age 14 and 17. The villa and the views are lovely, and we have absolutely nothing negative to say. We were well taken care of by Zeki during our stay, and the communication with Amanda from our first contact was very good.
There is a steep hill from the villa down to the old town and harbour, a short and very managable walk into town, but have to admit we often took a taxi back. :) Absolutely worth it considering the view.
This is our sixth visit to Kalkan, and the first villa we are considering booking again for next summer. Our very best recommendations!
