Room was huge. Bigger than expected. Bed was comfortable also huge. Great location close to everything you need.
Kettle and coffee machine did not work.

Foyer was bright. Staff later in our stay were helpful and pleasant. When I checked out I was asked if I had had a good stay, when I told her about the poor lighting in our room she took me seriously and made a note of my concern, which was impressive.
The bedroom was really dark, with only mood lighting, this was very annoying when trying to make sure we had everything we needed each day and to ensure we didn't leave anything behind. The staff member at check in was very distracted and busy organising his Just Eat delivery. He asked me to pay the city tax which I had already done but told me that he would get back to me later about this. I was disappointed with the breakfast. I was disappointed with my stay as it was more expensive than I wanted to pay so I thought it would be a treat, which it wasn't.
