Four Seasons Hotel

I booked this hotel for the first time in August 2025 after searching on Booking, and this year I rebooked without searching for any other hotel in Glyfada, which says enough about my impression. The hotel has older furniture, but it's quite suitable for a stay, whether you are a solo traveller or travelling with a family. Rooms are comfortable. It is located in an excellent location, in the centre of Glyfada, within walking distance from restaurants and shops, a 5-minute walk from the nearest public beach, a 5-minute walk from the tram station from where tram 7 goes to numerous beaches on Glyfada, as well as a 5-minute walk from the bus station from where bus X96 goes to the airport, and several buses, including A2 and 122 directly to the center of Athens (it takes 30-40 minutes to drive, depending on traffic congestion). The rooms are clean and cleaned regularly, although towels are not changed daily. The staff are extremely kind and dedicated, and deserve all the praise. Both last year and this year, they met our request to check out later without extra charge, since we had a late afternoon flight. We used the last day also to go to the beach. A big plus for that. The breakfast is nice, corresponds to the level of the hotel, not too diverse, but it is decent with enough choices of food, juices, coffees and teas that everyone will find a suitable choice of food for themselves. The overall impression is the highest marks from me and my family. If we visit Glyfada again, we will definitely book this hotel again.

If you book a room with a sea view, which is partially visible, you will be on the side where the boulevard is and it is quite noisy both day and night. But it's not about the hotel, it's just information for future guests.

Excellent location, the sea is just across the road and Glyfada Main Street is behind it. Staff are very helpful and nice.

Hotel facilities are a bit basic. Needs some renovation. Bed was not comfortable.

L’emplacement est super top, proche des transports et de la plage. Le petit déjeuner est top (fin 10h)

Il y avait une prise dans la chambre qui ne marchait pas et la wifi non plus malgré que j’ai été voir quelqu’un à l’accueil qui n’a pas pu m’aider. On nous avait dit qu’on avait une bonne chambre mais la vue n’y était pas.

The welcome by Julia the receptionist / manager was nice and friendly although her manner changed towards the end of my stay. The location was very good just a few steps from the bus stop and tram and shops. The bed was comfy although others have commented on how old they are.

The carpets were stained and dirty. It was damp in my room so not sure if someone had soiled the carpet and it had to be cleaned. The room felt very old and dated. Very small balcony. Breakfast was down a flight of steps. Would be a big problem for anyone with a disability. Breakfast ok enough choices for most people. The hotel feels like it needs some investment. It’s tired. Would I stay again? Sorry but probably not.
