The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, it’s a great hotel in a great location. Any concerns were handled promptly, without hesitation. The staff are knowledgeable about Cape Town and we’re always willing to give advice.

Excellent location and comfortable room. The breakfast was more than excellent and staff was super friendly. We had a late flight and we could use our room as late as we wanted. Really exceptional!!

The staff were so friendly and accommodating.
Air conditioners worked very well, would be handy in hot summer days.
Lots of towels and products in the bathroom.
High quality pillows and linen.
Staff helped to iron one of my shirts for a small fee.
I would have given it only 8 or 9 out of 10 stars because of some noise in the room (which is expected given the central location), but because the staff outperformed I am giving it 10/10! There is also 24/7 security at night that open and close the entrance doors, so its very safe.

The staff were friendly and it was value for money
Our rooms didn't have any window or the window couln't be opened as it was facing the internal staircase. Also the room was too close to the passageway so we felt it was loud and noisy and didn't have any privacy
