Terrific breakfast. All the staff we interacted with were great. Easy free parking. Very comfortable room. Good English language TV options. Very nice exterior sitting area.
My only disappointment was the road noise . We paid extra for a terrace but did not use it.

The hotel is situated just off the promenade which was nice to walk into the main town. The hotel was well kept and staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was yummy and lots of options. Make sure to walk to the historic main part of town and walk thru the narrow streets in Lovran. It is a busy town, but worth a visit.
It was just busier than we expected in late Sept. But it was a beautiful weekend so that probably made it more crowded.

The team was very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was excellent with very efficient and friendly service. The hotel was well kept, clean and well organised.
The road between the hotel and the beach was a bit tricky to negotiate at times - not a big problem.

it was clean, staff was very friendly
the size of spa - it was one small room, the stay was expencive for what it offered and uou had to pay extra 20€ per hour for one sauna.. not okay.
not possible to buy dinner at place.
i booked 3 persons and found out later i neez to pay 30€ per night for child extra bed that was not really comfortable
